Sales Terms & Conditions of Business Prices.
As quoted on this web site. In £'s sterling. Goods will be invoiced
at the date of leaving our warehouses, not the date of delivery. Please
note that are for guidance only and that they are subject to alteration
at any time. FAIRFIELD COURT reserve the right to amend prices without
prior notice.

Settlement.
Payment for non-account holders is cash, cheque or credit card with order.
Payment for account holders is strictly nett within 28 days of date invoiced.
Fairfield Court reserve the right to levy a surcharge of 2.5% per month
above bank rate or part thereof until full settlement is received. Non
payment within our requested period will result in your account being
placed on proforma basis.

Value
Added Tax.
All prices including carriage are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Grass
seed mixtures (at time of going to press) are Zero rated for VAT.

Carriage.
As set or quoted at time of order. All transit risks other than those
covered by the carriers normal terms of business are the responsibility
of the purchaser. Insurance may be arranged on request. Purchasers wishing
to collect goods may do so by prior arrangement

Receipt.
On receipt of any delivery the goods should be examined by the consignee.
When this cannot be done they must be clearly marked as 'unexamined'.
If a signature is obtained for 'goods received in good condition' no claim
can be considered.

Cancellations.
Goods returned after 30 days will only be accepted at Fairfield Court
discretion and are subject to a 20% handling charge, plus the costs of
any collections. No refund or replacement will be considered until the
goods have been thoroughly inspected. No product will be accepted for
return unless it is in a re-saleable condition. Cancellations of turf
orders, once the product has been harvested at the farm, will still be
liable for the full costs of the turf less any haulage costs. If the turf
order has been harvested and has left the farm on the haulier's vehicle,
then the full costs of the order will apply.

Non Delivery/
Damage.
Non-delivery must be informed within five days of receipt of invoice and
confirmed in writing, otherwise no responsibility can be accepted. Claims
for damaged goods must be given within three days of delivery. Claims
notified after this period will NOT be accepted. Goods must be returned
to FAIRFIELD COURT prior to making any decision. Any misuse of tools and
equipment that causes damage DOES NOT constitute as faulty and therefore
Fairfield Court accepts no responsibility.

Title
of Goods.
Fairfield Court retains the title to all goods until settlement is received
in full. We reserve the right to repossess any product unpaid with any
costs (including legal expenses) incurred passed to the buyer.

Availability.
All products offered are subject to being available at time of order.
Should seed varieties or turf grades described in our brochure become
un-available, then we reserve the right to substitute equivalent varieties/grades.
Customers will be notified in advance of despatch.Continuous Improvement.
Fairfield Court has a policy of continuous improvement. Therefore the
specifications and prices of products may alter at any time without prior
notice. All weights, measurements, colours and materials shown in the
brochure and price list may vary and should not be taken as exact. The
precise specification of any product will always be given on request.

All our online transactions are processed on a secure server. Look for

Privacy Policy
Fairfield Court do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of
your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses
if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the
'Remember Me' Option.
